Return and Exchange
- Damaged or wrong item: Exchange shipping is free.
- Change of mind: Customer pays a flat shipping fee of ₹100 for the exchange.

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. The metal poster must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with secure packaging. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Yes — you can track your metal poster order! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and number that lets you view your delivery status and progress.

Material Quality
We use premium sublimation ink specifically formulated for high-definition metal printing. Our ink is SplashJet Sublimation Ink, manufactured by SplashJet, a trusted brand known for vibrant color reproduction, excellent heat-transfer performance, and long-lasting results on coated metal substrates.
You can easily mount a metal sheet poster without drilling by using a wall protector + strong magnet setup. Here’s how:
1. Clean the Wall Surface
Wipe the wall to remove dust or moisture. This helps the adhesive hold strongly.
2. Apply the Wall Protector Pad
Stick the wall protector (foam or silicone pad) on the wall where you want the poster.
- This prevents scratches
- Protects paint
- Gives the magnet a stable base
3. Place the Strong Magnet on the Wall Protector
Attach the strong neodymium magnet on top of the wall protector.
The adhesive side faces the wall, and the magnetic side faces outward.
4. Bring the Metal Poster Close to the Magnet
The metal sheet will instantly snap onto the magnet and stay firmly in place.
No nails, no drilling, no damage to the wall.
5. Adjust as Needed
You can easily slide or reposition the poster by moving the magnet/wall protector.
We use high-quality sublimation paper to print the artwork. This special paper holds the sublimation ink, which is then transferred onto the coated metal sheet using heat and pressure. Sublimation paper ensures sharp details, vibrant colors, and long-lasting print quality on the metal surface.
Our posters are made using a high-quality sublimation metal sheet, crafted from premium aluminum. This aluminum sheet is specially coated with a sublimation-friendly polymer layer, allowing the design to be infused directly into the metal. The result is a durable, lightweight, rust-proof, and vibrant print surface with long-lasting color quality.
Payment
Once your return is approved and processed, the refunded amount typically reaches your bank account within 5–7 business days.
